Founding Circle Terms & Rewards
Welcome! This page explains how to qualify for the Founding Circle, what rewards you’ll receive, and the conditions that apply during our MVP phase.
1. Purpose
The Founding Circle is our way of thanking the earliest members of the FluentPal community who help us test, improve, and co‑create the app during our MVP period. It’s not a competition — it’s recognition for genuine participation and feedback.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To become an official member of the Founding Circle, you must:
- Join the MVP Program
- Be part of the official FluentPal Email List
- And / Or: Join our WhatsApp MVP Group to stay in touch with the team and other early learners.
- Sign Up for the App
- Create your account in the FluentPal app and explore key features such as chat, profile setup, or calls.
- Share Your Feedback
- Complete at least one feedback survey shared via email or WhatsApp — this helps us improve FluentPal for everyone.
When all three steps are completed, you’ll automatically qualify as a Founding Circle Member.
3. Rewards
As a Founding Circle Member, you’ll receive:

| 🚀 Early Access | Priority invitations to new features, events, and product updates. |

Rewards are distributed by email after verification.
The Premium rewards will become active once Premium launches — we’ll send your code automatically when it’s ready.
4. Duration
The MVP phase runs until January 5, 2026, or until FluentPal’s public launch, whichever comes first. Only users who join and complete the qualification steps before that date are eligible for Founding Circle rewards.
5. Verification & Delivery
- Rewards are verified manually or via automated tagging in our system.
- Once verified, members receive a confirmation email titled “Welcome to the Founding Circle” containing reward details and activation instructions.
- FluentPal reserves the right to verify activity to ensure rewards are distributed fairly.
6. Fair Use & Changes
- Each user may qualify once; rewards are non‑transferable.
- FluentPal reserves the right to adjust or replace rewards with equivalent alternatives if necessary (for example, if a Premium plan structure changes).
- These terms may be updated to reflect improvements to the MVP program, but any changes will always be communicated transparently to all participants.
